The location near the Wawel castle was perfect - just a short walk through the park and we were in the heart of the action. The hotel facilities were great, with a gym, sauna, and free wifi included in the price. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the attentive staff.

This hotel is well situated, just beside the castle in city center. It is in Krakow's busy city center, making it very convenient for exploring the historical center of the city. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide good service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good shower in the bathroom. The breakfast is included and offers a variety of options, including omelettes or scrambled eggs.
The hotel could improve on the noise insulation.

The hotel was conveniently located in the centre of the city, providing easy access to the main square and the beautiful Wawel Castle. From the window, I enjoyed a nice view of the surroundings. The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed, hot showers, and a decent breakfast provided. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was even a free gym nearby for guests to use. it was a pleasant stay in a great location.
It seemed that the walls of the hotel were not soundproof, as there were some issues with noise from neighboring rooms.
